| Invest and construct new residential urban area Long Tan |
Be included in general program of Nhon Trach city, new residential urban area Long Tan invested by DIC Dong Tien is 50 hectares in area and has one of the most advantage geographical positions among other residential urban areas. Its sides face with 3 roads; especially it stays on the centre line of road which links Ho Chi Minh City and Nhon Trach city, 25 metres away from centre of Ho Chi Minh City, 10 metres away from Nhon Trach city. In the near future, when Tam Phuoc becomes political centre of Dong Nai province, constructing Long Thanh international airport will be run, through 769 route it will be 15 kilometres walking distance from this urban area to be there. It also will be 5 kilometres walking distance to be at Dai Phuoc ecology tourist area 464 hectares in area, Long Tan ecology tourist area 330 hectares in area. These tourist areas are invested by DIC Corp and being constructed by DIC Dong Tien.
